Design Thinking – Kitti was able to make what would normally be quite dry and boring content, stand out in a way that looked extremely polished and well thought out. She proved adept at researching concepts and getting validation from end users before embarking on costly and lengthy development cycles. Innovation – She constantly brought new ideas to our discussions, often mocking them up in advance so she could quickly and succinctly communicate new ideas to the team. Collaborative – Kitti was effective at developing ideas, taking feedback, iterating, and turning around final products. She has a sense of pride for what she produces but is accepting of feedback on those ideas. A rare trait in my limited experience in working with “creatives”
